Perfect Placement UK Ltd was formed in October 2003 by Lisa and Glenn Unstead, a daughter and father-in-law team who originate from strong service-related backgrounds. Having identified that the other specialists in this field were failing to meet clients’ expectations; their shared goal was to provide a niche recruitment service to the Norfolk automotive sector. Following immediate success, the business enjoyed rapid growth across the East Anglian region and new consultants were recruited to the team with a strategy of eventually replicating the business model across the UK.<br /><br />Early 2005 saw our business moving into purpose-built premises which allowed further growth and Perfect Placement became the automatic choice for first-class motor trade recruitment across the southern regions of England. This under-one-roof concept proved popular with both clients and candidates alike and was fully aligned with our Directors’ philosophy of constantly delivering the highest possible levels of service.<br /><br />In 2007, Perfect Placement’s unique approach to automotive recruitment expanded to reach across all regions of the UK. Ongoing recruitment, constant specialist training and over £1M investment in the latest technology, plus a lot of hard work, were combined together with the acquisition of our current 4,000sq/ft premises as a dedicated one-stop recruitment centre for the nation’s automotive sector.<br /><br />Now, our business operates with a team of 35 highly-trained staff, comprising 16 dedicated recruiters: Principal Consultants and Area Managers, supported by Trainee Consultants and administrative staff together with a team of hands-on Directors. Everyone in the organisation shares the same passion, belief and drive; fully realising the importance of maintaining our position as the UK’s leading automotive recruiter by delivering exceptional, uncompromising service and constantly exceeding expectations.
