Professional sculptors were putting the finishing touches to their creations on Thursday ahead of the opening of what organisers say is the world's largest sand sculpture festival. Organisers said that 20-thousand tonnes of sand have been used to create the 150 sculptures in the Belgian seaside town of Blankenberge.
