While there are laws in place that are supposed to prevent those serving in the US Military Reserve and National Guard from being fired from their jobs because of their service, those laws are difficult to enforce and the government agency responsible is stretched far too thin. As a result many veterans are left with no legal recourse when they lose their job. IBT Money Reporter Christopher Harress covered this story and joined us to talk about it.
