Another entry in the popular annual hockey series, NHL 14 was released in 2013 and further refines the franchise's trademark gameplay. The game includes eight of the world's most popular hockey leagues, including the Swedish Hockey League and SM-liiga. NHL 14 boasts all-new collision physics, which make the game's hits even more bone-crunching, as well as a new fighting system. So basically, bone-crunching in general is at a maximum in NHL 14. Which is fitting, because NHL 14 marks the 20th anniversary of the legendary NHL '94, often considered the greatest hockey video game of all-time, and NHL 14 marks the occasion with several nods to the classic.
