Miss Wu asked her friend Mrs. Wang to temporarily take care of her dog in Taichung, Taiwan. However, Wang had the dog "debarked" - surgery to cut its vocal cords.

Wang claimed she had Wu's permission, but Wu denied they had any discussion on that matter.

The dog owner said she would file a lawsuit if necessary.
