I'd take it all back if only I could

I didn't think it could happen to me
I thought that I had to reason to worry
We were in love and It didn't matter
If he chose not to protect me

We had a scare like this before
But I didn't think much of it
I see now how I should've thought
How I should've changed the situation

But now there is nothing more I can do
My life will never be the same
For this life no longer belongs to me
It belongs to life that you will put to shame
