I've never known such fear before
It wraps us all together
In its dreary arms

I've never crossed the oceans
I didn't breathe in deep enough
Now i grasp for air beside you
locked eyes as we drown

Falling through the sands of time
Struggling to dream a dream of mine
We all hold hands without any hope
Staring at endless ocean lines

I never believed in starry nights
I never lnew that i was searching
While shadows creep at our sides
Rising dust in our souls

I never trusted a strangers words
I've never seen such faith before
Now i listen with open eyes
Stranded in your wake
