At Bangkok's Banyan Tree hotel, Edward learns how to make one of the 3 greatest soups of the world, tom yam goong.
On his visit to a restaurant specializing in Thai's royal cuisine, he learns a unique way to fry fish. He also learns about Thai's world famous massaman curry.
However, while he's out on the street looking for street food, Edward spots a large group of people making a massive amount of food. It turns out to be a group of volunteers gathered to help the recent flood victims.
Edward also promptly rolls up his sleeves to cook chicken for 300 on the spot!
He's glad to serve the food he's made for those who have lost their homes to the flood.
