Ahead of the discussion and voting of the Judicial Bill in the parliament today (August 13), Congress leader Manish Tewari has hit out at the Modi government. Tewari said that the introduction of national judicial council bill without amendment being effected is wrong. Another Congress leader Kapil Sibal also stepped up the attack against the Modi government over the bill.
