Here is tasty Gujarati snack called Bajre Khichu - a dark millet steamed dish with indian masalas. Millets are extremely healthy and this is an excellent dish to prepare for a tea time snack
Ingredients:
½ cup dark millets flour
1 tbsp of oil
½ tsp of cumin seeds
A pinch of asafoetida
1-2 green chillies finely chopped
Salt
1 cup water
