This crush I had on you was too good to be true,
to think I was willing to do almost anything you as me to do,
I was once so happy now my slow-beating heart is blue.

I think of the loving words you used to say,
there was no truth in those words,
it was all just apart of your handy-man play,
it was such the perfect array.

I think of you in my head,
you've twisted my thoughts,
sometimes I wish you were dead.

Having me would have been a treat,
loving me would have been so sweet,
there would be no one to compete,
if you ever came into my life now you'd have to
bow down and kiss my feet.

One thing I now know to be true,
killing you would have been to easy to do,
the only thing I need to know is
I would have truly been to good for you.
