Dyna Misery - Hot Summer Daze

Hot summer daze
Old Dames Ferry leads us to the waters of Juliette
Hit the water with a buzz
Never had fun like that before
I swear I'll never forget the summer of '94
Hot summer nights
Jim Morrison's voice fills the air
as Shain rolls a joint by the dashboard light
Black Love incense
Sit back, check out the stars
They shine everywhere...
except on us
Friendship lasts forever
Parking at the cemetary gates of never
I'd like to say I remember every detail
But it all seems hazy, like a dream
I think I kept a buzz for 3 months
Whether we realized it or not,
life was good
and so was the weed
Those two things I'll never forget
So if you ever feel alone
smoke a joint,
listen to some Doors
and think of the daze
we spent at The Point
