A Virgin Atlantic jet circled the southeast coast of England with a technical fault on Monday, December 29. According to Sky News, flight VS43 took off at 11:44am from London’s Gatwick Airport and was heading to Las Vegas before experiencing a fault with its landing gear.

The jet was circling at an altitude of 1,600 meters over Newhaven, East Sussex, according to flight tracking website FlightRadar24 before landing safely shortly after 15:45 GMT at Gatwick again. This video is described as showing the jet flying over East Sussex. Credit: YouTube/Matthew West
