The Stories Behind the Tweets, hosted by William Parra, seeks to open a window to the world, to get to the bottom of stories larger than 140 characters. Today's program begins with "Candle Samba", how samba is played on a grass roots level in Sao Paolo, even though the Cariocas (natives of Rio de Janeiro) and Bahianos (those hailing from the state of Salvador da Bahia) have their doubts in this regard; then its off to the south side of the same city, to a well-to-do neighborhood where a group of 1,500 Pankraun Indians are trying to hold on to their community and way of life amid a high-end construction boom; and finally, street art and culture in its different expressions and genres in Brazil's largest city. teleSUR
