A 30-year-old man was killed at his home in Pasadena, Texas after a road rage incident turned into a deadly shooting on Monday night.

Texas police said Thomas Brock was embroiled in a traffic altercation with Steven Rodriguez. Brock’s wife was also present at that time.

Rodriguez followed the couple to their home on 1700 block of Johnson Street. The two men then got into a fistfight. Rodriguez the left the Brocks’ home and returned a short while later with friend Jacob Rodriguez and a rifle. Brock was shot in the chest.

A badly injured Brock staggered to a neighbor’s house, but he collapsed in the front yard and died at scene.

Steven Rodriguez and Jacob Rodriguez have been detained and charged with capital murder.
