Ingredients:
1 Cup Bhajani Flour
1 & 1/2 Onions, chopped
1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder
7 to 8 Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Coriander & Cumin Seed Powder
1 tbsp Mix Masala
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste
Water
Oil

१ कप भाजणीचं पीठ
१, १/२ कांदे, तुकडे करून
१/४ tsp हळद
७ ते ८ लसूण पाकळ्या
१ tbsp धने जिरं पावडर
१ tbsp Mix मसाला
कोथिंबीर
मीठ
पाणी
तेल
Method:
- In a large bowl, take bhajani flour, chopped onions, turmeric powder, garlic, coriander & cumin seed powder, mix masala, coriander leaves, salt and oil. Mix everything well.
- Then add some water and again mix well. Let the batter become thick and not runny.
- Once the mixture is ready, heat some oil in a pan.
- Take some of the mixture on a plastic bag, and make a round thick medium size thalipeeth with your hands.
- Put this thalipeeth on the pan and let it cook. After a couple of minutes, add some more oil and flip the thalipeeth. Let it cook from both the sides. Similarly make rest of the thalipeeth.
- Serve the hot thalipeeth with curd, pickle or ghee!
