Tyrone Brown makes sure that the more than 1.3 million pounds of trash and recycling generated yearly by the Capitol complex gets shipped out properly. The Architect of the Capitol employs a staff of nearly 2,400 to maintain the 290-acre complex. About 770 of those employees come to work after the sun goes down.
