Ingredients:
1/2 Raw Mango, chopped
1 Cup Grated Coconut
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp Sugar
Coriander Leaves
Water
Salt to taste
Method:
- In a mixer blender, add grated coconut, green chilli, coriander leaves, sugar, salt and chopped raw mango pieces.
- Add very little water and blend everything to a coarse paste.
- Your Raw Mango / Kairichi Chutney is ready!
