Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez delivered Havana's report to the UN General Assembly today on the five-decade U.S. blockade, which has cost the country's economy US$800 billion. On September 26, President Raul Castro will attend the UN debate on the report and motion to lift the blockade.
