Greva e doganiereve greke ka paralizuar lëvizjen e mjeteve ne pikat kufitare me shtetin Helen. Qe nga ora e shtate e mëngjesit te se hënës ne Kapshtice, ne Kakavijë, ne doganën Tre Urat si dhe ne Qafe Bote ne Sarandë janë lejuar te kalojnë vetëm pasagjeret.
Por megjithatë për shkak te njoftimit paraprak nga Drejtoria e policisë, udhëtarët kishin marre masat duke lenë mjetet e tyre private e duke udhëtuar me autobusë deri ne kufi. Ne Kapshticë deri ne mesdite kane kaluar traun e doganës afro 1 mije persona. Ndërsa ne Kakavijë lëvizjet kane qene me te pakta.
