Kongresi i fundit i socialisteve solli dhe frymën e re, rikthim ne parti te gjithë figurave qe për një arsye apo një tjetër nuk i mbijetuan rrymës se ndryshimeve ne vite. Kjo u pa qarte në listën e Asamblesë Kombëtare të PS e alternuar me emra te rinj e figura te rikthyera.
Viktor Doda, ish-ministër i Energjetikes ne vitet 2002 2005 nen qeverisjen e kryeministrit Fatos Nano, e sheh me pozitivitet këtë afrim, ne kushtet kur sipas tij zgjedhjet parlamentare të 2013 janë një sfide që duhet fituar. Duke analizuar një praktike e cila është ndjekur me pare dhe nga vete demokratet, Zaloshnja pohon se një bashkim i tille do te këtë rezultat. Po cili ka qene roli i LSI-se ne rezultatet e zgjedhjeve te fundit, qe rrjedhimisht ndikuan ne kursin e ri te socialisteve? Zaloshnja thotë: "Po te kishte qene LSI nuk do te kishte nevoje për llogari". Doda është zëri i parë brenda PS-se i cili e shikon shtirjen e së majtës edhe jashtë koalicionit, duke kërkuar kthimin e LSI. Ndërsa kryetari Edi Rama deri tani është mjaftuar me ftesën e hapur për bashkim te gjithë te larguarve.
