Mazhoranca përplaset me institucionet e pavarura te drejtësisë për shkak te buxhetit te vitit 2012. Prokuroria e Përgjithshme propozoi ne Komisionin e Ligjeve rishikimin e buxhetit, duke kërkuar edhe 42 milion leke shtese për shpërblime. Por financat nuk e morën parasysh, me argumentin se fondi i shpërblimeve do te jepet vetëm nga kjo ministri. KLD, qe drejtohet nga Presidenti i Republikës u shpreh ne mbledhje se i mjaftojnë paratë e parashikuara ne buxhet. Por angazhimi i nënkryetarit Kreshnik Spahiu ne Aleancën Kuq e Zi, nuk ka mbetur jashtë replikave ne Komisionin e Ligjeve. Ne te kundërt mazhoranca nuk u përplas me ministrin e saj te drejtësisë Eduard Halimi, i cili prezantoi projektin e ndërtimit te Pallatit te Drejtësisë dhe dixhitalizimin e hipotekave. Ne ditët e ardhshme, do te ketë seanca te posaçme për te dëgjuar pretendimet për buxhetin nga Gjykata Kushtetuese dhe Presidenca. Ndërkohë, Komisioni i Ligjeve ka miratuar një tjetër ligj me shumice te cilësuar, qe kërkon 3/5 e votave. Ky ishte një ndryshim ne Kodin Rrugor, për liberalizimin e autoshkollave.
