Gjyqtaret e superliges bëjnë gabime te rastësishme qe vijnë si rezultat i mos përgatitjes se tyre, vendosja e gabuar ne fushe, presioni dhe tensioni, por jo nga faktorë korruptive. Është ky konstatimi i kryetarit te Komitetit te Arbitrimit, Tahir Kastrati, i cili ka mohuar se dhuna ndaj arbitrave vjen edhe për shkak te korrupsionit te tyre qe buron me pas me shkelje te standardeve teknike te gjykimit apo mos gjykim sipas rregullave te lojës. Kryetari i Komitetit te Arbitrimit ka shkuar edhe me tej, duke deklaruar se edhe raportet e UEFA-s për trukime ndeshjesh ne superlige me përfshirje dhe emra konkrete gjyqtaresh nuk duhen marre si te mirëqena. Ne analizën 6-mujore për arbitrimin, dizenjimin apo seksionin e vëzhgimit ne futbollin shqiptar, Komiteti i Arbitrimit premtoi përmirësimin tekniko-praktik dhe Professional te gjyqtareve. Një nga hapat për përmirësimin e cilësisë se arbitrimit, përveç bonuseve suplementare, do te jete edhe vlerësimi për gjykimin ne baze te pikëve, ku ne fund te sezonit do te ketë ngritje apo zbritje ne kategori për gjyqtaret.
