"Te përdorur politikisht". Kështu ndjehen ish-te përndjekurit, qe këto dite janë bere qendra e debateve te politikes ne vend. Sipas tyre politikanet po përpiqen te përdorin këtë shtrese për disa vota me shume, ndërsa nder vite nuk ka pasur asnjë nisme konkrete nga asnjëra pale për zgjidhje konkrete. Për këtë shtrese edhe debati për ligjin e lustracionit apo për hapjen e dosjeve është një farse, pasi shume protagonistet e debatit, dhe një pjese e gjykatësve e prokuroreve, figurojnë bashkëpunëtore te regjimit komunist. Sipas te përndjekurve numri ne total i kësaj kategorie shkon ne 36 mije, por vetëm 8 mije kane arritur te marrin vetëm këstin e pare te dëmshpërblimit. Megjithatë duket se edhe vete te përndjekurit janë vendosur ne sfondin politik, gjate proceseve zgjedhore ku ka kaluar vendi. Edhe vete fakti qe ata janë ndare ne te paktën 3 shoqata ka ndikuar negativisht për te mos pasur një zë te vetëm qe te kërkonte statusin, dëmshpërblimin dhe rehabilitimin e kësaj kategorie.
