Zgjerohet skandali i diplomave te shitura nga universitetet shqiptare. "Corriere Della Sera" ne një artikull te ditës shkruan se janë te paktën 50 shtetas italiane qe rezultojnë te jene diplomuar ne universitete shqiptare. Shkrimi merr shkas nga vendimi i djeshëm i qeverise shqiptare, për t'i pezulluar licencën Universitetit "Kristal", pas publikimit te skandalit te diplomimit te Renzo Bossit, djalit ish-liderit te Lega Nord, Umberto Bossi. Gazeta shkruan se ministria ka nisur hetimet për diplomat e lëshuara qe nga viti 2008, veçanërisht për shtetasit e huaj, për te kuptuar, sesa i përhapur është fenomeni i blerjes se diplomave qe shkon nga 8 deri ne 12 mije euro. Ndërkohë, e përditshmja nënvizon se edhe pse zv/ministrja e Arsimit, Nora Malaj, ka mohuar te jete pjese e stafit te universitetit "Kristal", ne CV e saj, te publikuar ne sajtin zyrtar te Ministrisë, shkruhet se qe prej vitit 2008 dhe ne vazhdim, zonja Malaj është shefe e departamentit te psikologji-sociologjisë ne këtë universitet. Ky fakt sipas gazetës italiane, nuk është korrigjuar ende.
