Kryetari i Aleancës Kuq e Zi Kreshnik Spahiu, ka deklaruar se shqiptarët janë populli më i varfër në Evropë e kjo sipas tij, për shkak të mungesës se vizionit te qeverive sa i takon zhvillimit ekonomik. Ne një tryeze për të ardhmen e ekonomisë dhe tregut ndërkombëtar, Spahiu ka kërkuar heqjen e barrierave doganore midis Shqipërisë dhe Kosovës. Sipas Spahiut borxhi i Shqipërisë është me i larti dhe mbahet i fshehur nga kryeministri Berisha dhe ministri i Financave Ridvan Bode. Ulja e borxhit publik dhe likuidimi i kompanive që shteti është debitor, duhet te jenë prioritetet për të cilën "Aleanca Kuq e Zi" angazhohet ti ketë pjese të saj programit te saj ekonomik.

According to Spahiu Albania debt is the highest and withheld by Prime Minister Berisha and Finance Minister Ridvan Bode. Public debt reduction and liquidation of companies that state is the debtor, should be the priorities for which the "Red and Black Alliance" committed to be part of it its economic program.
