Qeveri shqiptare tërhiqet nga skenari për ti hequr licencën kompanisë se energjisë CEZ, pasi kjo do te kishte kosto te mëdha financiare, ndaj ajo çka po shikohet si alternativ parësore është dialogu mes dy aksionereve, ministrisë dhe kompanisë. Ne një interviste për Vizion Plus, kryetari i Entit Rregullator shprehet se është i nevojshëm një divorc i bute me kompaninë CEZ dhe kjo arrihet vetëm nëpërmjet negociatave, séanca e pare te cilave nisi këtë te mërkure. Një nga skenarët e largimit te CEZ eshte qe kjo e fundit te marre shumën prej 102 milion euro qe bleu kompaninë ne 2009, por ajo mund te kërkoje edhe vlerën e investimeve te kryera gjate viteve. Ndaj çdo vendim i njëanshëm i qeverise shqiptare do te kishte kosto për buxhetin e shtetit. Sipas kryetarit Ramdani arritja deri ne këtë pike e kompanisë erdhi si pasoje e keqmenaxhimit te saj, edhe pse enti e kishte paralajmëruar me pare për treguesit qe po vinin ne përkeqësim. Sipas Ramadanit, keqmenaxhimi i kompanisë nisi qe ne vitin 2011 dhe ka vijuar edhe këtë vite. Aktualisht niveli i humbjeve ne rrjet ka arritur ne shifrën me te larte historike ne 50%, për shkak te mungesës investimeve dhe po ne nivele kritike është edhe mosarkëtimi i energjisë.
