Qeveria vazhdon te mbaje lart tonet nacionaliste duke rikthyer ceremonitë festive ne Vlorë. Ne emër te maxhorances, zedhenesja e qeverise Majlinda Bregu ka deklaruar se mbledhja e këshillit te ministrave ne 4 dhjetor do te zhvillohet ne Vlorë per te nderuar keshtu 100-vjetorin e krijimit te qeverise se pare shqiptare. "Ndonëse në kushte të vështira, prej politikave të brendshme e të jashtme, të asaj kohe, kjo qeveri mori një sërë masash për ndërtimin e shtetit, për zhvillimin ekonomik e kulturor kombëtar, që do të hapnin rrugën e zhvillimit demokratik të vendit dhe të shtetit të ri, të pavarur shqiptar. Kjo qeveri mbrojti pranë Komisionit Ndërkombëtar të Kontrollit dhe pranë kancelarive të Fuqive të Mëdha të drejtat e ligjshme të popullit shqiptar dhe tërësinë territoriale të vendit. Në datën 4 dhjetor 2012, në orën 10:00, qeveria shqiptare, nën drejtimin e kryeministrit Berisha, do të mbajë mbledhjen e saj të radhës në qytetin e Vlorës, në nderim të këtij akti madhor në histori, të themeluesve të Pavarësisë shqiptare dhe të Kuvendit të Vlorës." Gjate muajit nëntor fjalimet me ngjyra te forta nacionaliste kane dominuar si kurrë me pare fjalimet e qeverise shqiptare; duke shkaktuar edhe incidente diplomatike si ne rastin e anullimit te vizitës se shefit te diplomacie greke per shkak te deklaratave te kryeministrit Berisha per Shqipërinë etnike.
