Kompania CEZ do te nise javën, qe vjen shlyeje graduale te borxheve qe ka ndaj palëve te treta. Ne një interviste për Vizion Plus, administratori i ri i CEZ Sahit Dollapi deklaron, se dy janë kreditoret me te mëdhenj, Korporata Elektroenergjetike, dhe Operatori i Sistemit te Transmetimit. Por kësaj i shtohet edhe nevoja për te blere energjinë e nevojshme. Planin e detajuar te shpenzimeve mujore, CEZ e ka depozituar pranë Entit Rregullator, i cili prit qe ne ditët ne vijim ta miratoje atë.
Aktualisht kërkesa e korporatës energjetike është qe, CEZ te paguaje faturën mujore prej 700 milion lekësh. Dhe me pas te vijohet me detyrimet e prapambetura. Por shlyerja e borxheve do te jete një proces i cili do te kerojnë kohe, ndaj dhe sfida mbetet rritja e nivelit te arkëtimeve. Aktualisht pas largimit te CEZ, niveli i arkëtimeve është rreth 60 %. I gjithë sistemi energjetik është i përfshire ne një spirale borxhesh, i cili erdhi fillimisht si pasoje e detyrimeve te prapambetura qe shteti i kishte kompanisë se shpërndarjes se energjisë, dhe me pas u vijua nga CEZ i nisi te mos kryente pagesat e nevojshme ndaj KESH.
