"Ky është njeri nga shume personat me aftësi te kufizuar qe përveç pensionit prej 10 mije lekësh ne muaj nuk ka asnjë mbështetje tjetër. I lindur ndryshe nga të tjerët, ai synon barazinë". Kryetari i PS, i cili mori pjese në aktivitetin e personave me aftësi te kufizuar, i premtoi kësaj kategorie se do jene pjese e administratës së ardhshme. Rama tha se për këtë kategori, do të kthehet ligji i cili sanksionin se asnjë vendim nuk do merret nga të tjerët, pa u konsultuar me parë me këta persona. Partia e personave me aftësi te kufizuar, është pjese e koalicionit të majtë në zgjedhjet e 23 qershorit.
