Asambleja e Partise Socialiste eshte mbledhur per here te pare, pas zgjedhjeve te 23 qershorit, ku koalicioni i majte rezultoi fitues me 84 mandate. Kryetari i partise Edi Rama mbajti nje fjale te gjate ne nisje te takimit, duke thene se vota e shqiptareve nuk ishte thjesht per te nderruar qeverine, por per te ndryshuar Shqiperine. Fjalimi i Rames kishte marre tonet e nje programi qeverises, pasi aty shprehej nevoja per te ndryshuar shumeçka ne qeverisjen e vendit, qysh nga situata e rendit, e deri tek zgjidhja e çeshtjes se prones. Ajo qe ra ne sy, ishte se Rama deklaroi se brenda këtij viti, do të bëhet një auditim ndërkombëtar për te bere nje pasqyre te financave te vendit, nje proces sipas tij, i aplikuar me sukses ne Sllovaki. Askush nuk e priste kete rezultat, tha Rama, edhe pse te gjithe besonim ne fitore. Por rezultati eshte i tille, saqe mundeson realizimin e çdo lloj reforme, dhe heq alibine per te kundërtën.
