I started Power 90 in Fall of 2006 at 225 lb pounds and 34% body fat. After 90 days of HARD work I lost 31 pounds. I then moved onto a Power 90/ Power Half Hour Rotation. In Summer of 2006 I started P90X (just one year after its release) and after 90 days I got RIPPED but I was still smoking! (CRAZY!!!) I was down to 185lbs but when I turned 26 I quit smoking. I Yo-Yoed from 185 to 205lbs. I was determined to quit smoking and I lost the weight once, I could do it again.
In March of 2007 I became a Beachbody Coach, cause I was struggling to lose the weight and I thought Coaching would give me that extra accountability. I went to a Tony Horton Fitness Camp in the Summer of 2007. I discovered what Coaching was all about, I decided to commit to losing the smokers weight. I used Turbo Jam to lose ll.5 pounds and then went back to P90X where I got even more shredded. I won $1,000 in 2007 Novembers Beachbody Challenge, was helping others and moved on to P90X .
This video tells my story of my 6years as a Beachbody Customer and a Beachbody Coach. I am still amazed at the results I got from Power 90 and P90X and recommend them to everyone I speak with. These programs have changed my life! I have quite smoking, quit my old job, went back to school without going into debt, and now work to help others achieve the same thing. I drink Shakeology every day and have helped the ones I care about most lose the weight and discover their passion as well (My Mom
I have moved on to a hybrid schedules that includes P90X, P90X Plus, P90X One on One with Tony Horton, Insanity and Insanity: The Asylum.
