Chandigarh, Mar 17 (ANI): The Haryana Government on Thursday returned back the cheque of Rs 191.75 crore given by Punjab government as a settlement amount for the Sutlej-Yamuna Link (SYL) canal. Divulging details, Haryana Chief Minister M.L. Khattar said they have returned the cheque. Khattar added that a letter was also sent, which mentioned the disappointment of Haryana on the SYL decision.
