An oil train derailed in Oregon’s Columbia River Gorge near Mosier on Friday, June 3, sending plumes of black smoke into the air. One or two cars on the eight-car train were on fire, according to KATU, quoting Oregon Department of Transportation. Police also shut down nearby I-84 as a precaution. There were no reports of injuries.
