Ingredients
- Oil
- Butter
- 3 tsp of Chopped ginger
- 1 tsp chopped green chillies
- 2 chopped onion
- 4-5 chopped tomatoes
- 11/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- tomato puree
- 4-5 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup of peas
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 tsp of pav bhaji masala
- 2 chopped capsicum
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
-1 tsp tomato ketchup(optional)
- juice of half lemon
- chopped coriander leaves
Method
- In a pan add oil and butter then add ginger and green chillies and let it cook properly
- Add onion and cook them until they turn pink then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, tomato puree
- Add boiled potatoes and water and mash it
- Add peas and mix it properly then add water and cook properly
- Add pav bhaji masala and capsicum, sugar, tomato ketchup,juice of half lemon and coriander leaves and top it with some butter
- Apply butter on the pav and then roast it on heated pan
- Pav Bhaji is ready to be served
