Ingredients
- 4 potatoes
- salt
- black pepper
- Oil
- 2 1/2 tsp of chopped ginger
- 4-5 green chillies
- 1 cup of spring onions
- 1 capsicum
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 2 tsp tomato ketchup
- greens of spring onions
- coriander leaves
Method
- Cut the potatoes in french fries shape
- Apply salt and black pepper to the potatoes
- Heat some oil in a pan
- Fry the potatoes in the pan
- Once the colour changes, take off the potatoes and keep on absorbent paper
- In other pan heat some oil, add ginger, green chillies, spring onions, capsicum and saute them
- Add salt, black pepper and now add the fried potatoes
- Mix everything properly.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, greens of spring onions and coriander leaves.
- Cook them for few minutes
- Chilli potatoes are ready to be served.
