Ingredients:
1/2 kg Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tbsp Icing Sugar
Electric Hand Beater
Method:
- In a bowl add the whipping cream and icing sugar.
- With the help of electric beater, whip the cream on low speed till the mixture becomes thick.
- Then whip on high speed till you get stiff peaks.
- Store this whipping cream in refrigerator.
- Whipped cream is ready to be used.
