Footage has emerged of a crane spinning rapidly during a blizzard in Halifax, NS, Canada.

The video, shot on Monday, captures what appears to be the crane rotating as it is pushed by the strong gulfs of wind.

"A friend and I were walking under this crane during the blizzard when we heard a loud creaking sound," the filmer wrote.

"When we looked up and saw the crane wobbling and spinning from the wind, we started running and then managed to get it on film from a distance."
