President Trump's approval ratings have once again hit a record low amid the failure to pass a new health care bill, according to a Gallup poll. Thirty-six percent of Americans, or 1,500, who were surveyed on Friday, approved of Trump as president. Trump's approval rating was at 41 percent before the health care bill was dismissed on Friday. The new approval rating is a point below what had been Trump's lowest mark, 37 percent, during his young presidency.
