Acquire French the natural way!

It is the last week of the #JanuaryFrenchChallenge ! I hope you are having fun and that you have acquired many French structures and vocabulary already!

You know the saying: "A little goes a long way". Acquiring a new language takes a lot of brain work so it is best to practice for maximum 30 minutes in a row so that you brain can process the new structures and vocabulary. However the key is to practice regularly, a bit every day. As my online yoga teacher, Adriene says: "it takes discipline to carve out the time, show up for yourself at home and to stick with regular practice." Discipline is key! So stick with it and watch or watch again one of my videos each day, you will become fluent and proficient in French in no time!
