African Americans are treated differently from other people in the US, said a nine-year-old girl, who has delivered a tearful speech at the Charlotte City Council in North Carolina, US. It comes after the police killing of Keith Scott in the city. Officers claim Scott was armed, but his family say he was simply reading a book when he was shot.
