Two were reported dead and others missing after flooding in the northeastern Golestan Province of Iran on August 11.
The Iranian Red Crescent Society reported that the body of a 35-year-old woman from the village of Zarrin Gol was found, but her child and husband were still missing after their car was washed away. A young man was also reported dead after a storm in the Inche Boroun region. Some Iranian news sources said 12 people were killed, while others reported 13, but those numbers were not confirmed.
