Indian skipper Virat Kohli in a rare incident bowled one bowl during the ongoing test match against Sri Lanka. The incident happened when Mohammed Shami got hurt during the match and just one ball remained to be bowled. Kohli who has confessed earlier in an interview that he is one of the most funny bowling action, took the bowl and bowled the last ball of the over, which conceded no run. Day 3 of the test match between India and Sri Lanka saw a full day's play after first 2 days were interrupted by rain. India were bundled out for 172 and in reply to that Sri Lanka managed to make 165 runs after losing 4 wickets at the end of the day's play. Suranga Lakmal was the star with 4/26 and he was given good support from Dasun Shanaka, Lahiru Gamage and Dilruwan Perera as India were bowled out for 172 on day 3 of the Kolkata Test.
