Ingredients:-
4 Laadi Pav
3 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. Vegetable oil
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
½ Capsicum, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Ginger-garlic paste
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
1 medium Tomato, deseeded, finely chopped
2 tsp. Pav bhaji masala
1 tsp. Salt
2 tbsp. Coriander leaves, finely chopped + more for garnish
1 tbsp. Lemon juice


Method:-
1. In a pan, heat up 2 tbsp butter and oil, and cook the onions until translucent.
2. Then add the capsicum and saute for another minute.
3. Add the ginger garlic paste, green chilli, and tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes are soft. Use a masher to turn the mixture into a puree.
4. Add the pav bhaji masala and salt and mix well.
5. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and lemon juice and lightly mix. Turn the heat to low and let the mixture stay warm.
6. In a separate pan, heat up the remaining 1 tbsp of butter and toast the pav on both sides.
7. Add the pav to the masala and put some inside the pav and put the rest over the top of it.
8. Remove from heat, garnish with coriander leaves, and serve hot.

Masala Pav is ready to eat!
