Lavender and Chamomile Latte From Lisa Barnet

Ingredients
  1. 3 tablespoons freeze-dried blueberries

  2. 2 teaspoons dried chamomile flowers

  3. 1 teaspoon dried lavender buds

  4. 1/2 cup vanilla hemp milk, gently heated and foamed

Directions

  1. Place blueberries, chamomile, and lavender in a small heatproof container and add 3/4 cup boiling water. Steep for five minutes.

  2. Strain into a mug, pressing ingredients with the back of a spoon to extract color and flavor.

  3. Add hot hemp milk, and sweeten to taste, if desired.
