Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has begun the presentation of Union Budget 2018 in the Parliament on Thursday. Speaking in the Parliament, FM Jaitley said emphasised on the education sector and proposes to move from blackboard to digital board. The budget was focused largely on the upliftment of the agriculture sector. There was also a major push to healthcare and education during the Budget speech.
