(In some other bad news for Russia)… investigators looking into Sunday's fire at a shopping center in Siberia, which killed at least 64 people, say they found "serious violations."
Russia's Investigative Committee say a safety technician working at the Winter Cherry complex turned off the fire warning system.
It added that emergency exits had also been illegally blocked and there was no organized evacuation.
Four people have been detained for questioning.
The fire started in the entertainment complex on the upper floor, but the cause remains unclear.
