Former FBI Director James Comey offered assurances that there are no "Stormtroopers" in the New York FBI.  "I know the New York FBI. There are no 'stormtroopers' there; just a group of people devoted to the rule of law and the truth," he wrote in a Thursday tweet. "Our country would be better off if our leaders tried to be like them, rather than comparing them to Nazis."  That message follows a comment made by Rudy Giuliani, who is currently a member of President Trump's legal team. The Washington Post notes that during an interview with Fox News' Sean Hannity on Wednesday, the former New York City mayor commented that "Trump reimbursed another lawyer, Michael Cohen, for a $130,000 payment to silence adult film star Stormy Daniels." Daniels claims that she had an affair with Trump in 2006.  "A settlement payment which is a very regular thing for lawyers to do," Giuliani said, in part. "The question there was, the only possible violation there would be wasn't a campaign finance violation, which usually results in a fine by the way, not this big stormtroopers coming in and breaking down his apartment and breaking down his office."  "While an argument can be made that Giuliani was referring to the 'stormtroopers' made famous by the Star Wars franchise, Comey took him to be referring to the infamous stormtroopers of the Nazi army," notes Mediaite.
