British millennials may be less healthy than their parents by the time they reach middle age.
Independent charity The Health Foundation studied the future health of young people.
It found people in their 20s and 30s are struggling with housing, employment and social relationships.
According to CNN, those factors have the greatest potential of impacting their future health.
Four assets for future health were identified in the report.
The assets are: emotional support, career skills, practical support, and personal connections.
Among 2,000 people between 22 and 26 polled, less than 50% reported having each form of support.
