Trucks delivered water to people displaced to rudimentary camps in al-Rafeed, a town on the Syrian border with Israel in al-Quneitra province, on July 2.
In this footage, water trucks, including those from the Syrian Civil Defense, deliver water to people in al-Rafeed, who say there is a severe shortage of water, food and basic supplies.
A man described as a refugee from Daraa calls on anyone who can help, including Arabs or international organizations, to supply water for the displaced people.
Other footage shows tents built out of basic materials.
